The 2 air conditioned lounges both have dining spaces, and sofas from which you can relax and watch TV (one of the sofas is a double sofabed). Together with 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, and the other with a bathtub and shower), this is the ideal apartment for large groups coming to Barcelona.

This elegant apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona in the area known as the Eixample, and is only a few minutes walk from the main central Barcelona attractions of Placa Catalunya, the Gaudi buildings and Las Ramblas. Its close proximity to Passeig de Gracia metro/train station also allows easy access to the rest of the cities other key sights such as Park Guell, Placa Espanya, Camp Nou and the Sagrada Familia, as well as Barcelona’s beaches and surrounding areas. Considered by many to be one of the plushest areas of Barcelona, the apartment is situated amongst the towns most upmarket shops and restaurants.

An additional charge of 40€ will be made if check-in is outside the period 13:00 - 21:00.

Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.
